Born and Raised
Dr. Kaitlyn Spencer, a proud Ayden, NC native, treasures calling this community home. She graduated from D.H. Conley High School, pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and earned her dental degree from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Spencer is an active member of the North Carolina Dental Society and the East Central Dental Society.
Building Relationships
Since joining our practice in July 2019, Dr. Spencer has loved building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. She feels honored to witness smiles brighten and lives transform through her care and is deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve our community.
More than a Doctor
Outside the office, Dr. Spencer enjoys quality time with her husband, Trevor, and their two children, Cutler and Whitney. Big sports fans, they especially love cheering on the Tar Heels and the Braves. With Trevor coaching baseball at the local high school, the family often enjoys the thrill of watching a good game together. They also share their home with their dog, Chipper.
